Die White Panther Produktion GmbH ist Marktführer in der Europäischen Garnelenzucht. Das nachhaltige Aquakulturkonzept basiert auf einer betriebseigenen Hatchery, welche neben dem eigenen Grow-Out den gesamten europäischen Markt mit Postlarven versorgen kann. Um die steigende Nachfrage abzudecken ist folgende Vollzeitstelle zu besetzen: 1 Mitarbeiter_in in Garnelenzucht Die White Panther Produktion GmbH ist Marktführer in der Europäischen Garnelenzucht. Das nachhaltige Aquakulturkonzept basiert auf einem betriebseigenen Bruthaus, welche neben der eigenen Garnelenaufzucht den gesamten europäischen Markt mit Garnelen versorgt. Um die steigende Nachfrage abzudecken ist folgende Vollzeitstelle zu besetzen:

Mitarbeiter/in in der Larvenproduktion /Bruthaus

Als Mitarbeite/in in der Larvenproduktion betreuen Sie Garnelenlarven vom Ei bis zum Versand. Die Arbeitsbereiche gliedern sich in Ablaichen & Schlupf, Artemienproduktion, Labor, Larvenaufzucht und Versand. Im Bruthaus herrschen tropische klimatische Bedingungen, um den Garnelen das optimale Umfeld zu bieten.

Wir bieten angenehme Arbeitszeiten von 6:30 bis 15:00, ca. 1x pro Monat ist ein Wochenenddienst vorgesehen. Unsere Mitarbeiter -Innen werden mit Mineralwasser, Kaffee, Tee und Obst versorgt. Arbeitskleidung und Schuhe werden von uns zur Verfügung gestellt.

Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören die Sicherstellung des ungestörten Wasserkreislaufes, Betreuung der Anlagentechnik, Fütterung, Ernte und Versand der Tiere, Reinigungsarbeiten, Arbeiten im hauseigenen Algenlabor, das Abarbeiten des Tagesarbeitsprotokolles und das Führen von Qualitätsaufzeichnungen.

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung in technischen und/oder landwirtschaftlichen Berufen oder

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung in land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Fachschulen.

* Grundkenntnisse und Interesse an der Aquakultur (einschlägige Ausbildung von Vorteil)

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit lebenden Tieren

* Teamfähigkeit

* Staplerschein (von Vorteil)

* Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit Fuhrerschein der Klasse B

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit

Sie sind interessiert? Für diese Position wird ein Basisgehalt von 2.400€ Brutto (KV-Lohn und Überzahlung) pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung 38,5 Std bezahlt. Weitere Überzahlung für gesonderte Qualifikationen möglich.
