Ihre Aufgaben:

* Administration, Optimierung und Wartung unserer Client- und Serversysteme sowie die IT-Infrastruktur.

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen und Endgeräten

* Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugängen

* Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern und Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support.

* Schnittstelle zu unseren externen IT-Partnern und Entwickler*innen.

* Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Systemen, Abläufen und Lösungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Allrounder oder in einer vergleichbaren IT-Rolle

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Microsoft Lösungen wie Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Patchmanagement, MS 365, GPOs

* Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (LAN, VLAN, WLAN)

* Verständnis für Prozesse und Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement

* Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie eine selbständige genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Hohes Maß an Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Führerschein Klasse B
