Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort: 1 Mitarbeiter:in Kundenservice-Center (m/w/d) in Wels

Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Anfragen rund um das Unternehmen - extern wie intern. Für die Kund:innen ebenso wie Ihre Kolleg:innen aus allen Fachbereichen. Ihr Ziel: rasche, kompetente Lösungen schaffen, Beziehungen stärken und gleichzeitig andere Bereiche spürbar entlasten.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Post

* Umfassender Kundenservice sowie Auftragssachbearbeitung

* Vertrags- und Administrationsaufgaben

* Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im ERP- bzw. CRM-System

* Verkaufs- und Aktionsunterstützung, inkl. Durchführung von Aktionen und Kampagnen

* Aktiver Verkauf im Rahmen definierter Outbound-Zeiten

* Preisverhandlungen im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Preislisten

* Dokumentation aller Kundenkontakte und Aufträge im CRM System

* Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kundenservice- und Prozessqualität

* Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Datenschutzvorgaben

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS, Fachschule, Lehre)

* Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Callcenter, Vertrieb oder in der Administration von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Gesprächsführungskompetenz

* Genaue, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsstärke und Belastbarkeit

* Teamfähigkeit - Sie arbeiten in einem Team mit acht Kolleg:innen

* Starke Verkaufs- und Abschlussorientierung
