TRASTIC stellt hochwertige Vollkernplatten aus 100 % Recyclingkunststoff für Architektur, Möbel, Retail, Hospitality und Industrie her.

Wir wachsen - und suchen Verstärkung für unseren B2B-Vertrieb im DACH-Raum.

Du musst bei uns nichts verkaufen - du solltest verdammt gut darin sein, die richtigen Menschen ans Telefon zu bekommen.

Du lässt dich nicht beim ersten "Schicken Sie mir eine Mail" abwimmeln. Du bleibst dran, baust Vertrauen auf und entwickelst aus ersten Kontakten Schritt für Schritt langfristige Kundenbeziehungen.

Deine Rolle

* Cold Calling & Outreach: Du bist der erste Kontakt zu potenziellen Kunden - per Telefon, LinkedIn und E-Mail. Konsequenz gehört dazu: Du bleibst dran, ohne dass dich jemand erinnern muss.

* Die richtigen Menschen erreichen: Du findest heraus, wer im Unternehmen wirklich relevant ist, kommst an die richtigen Ansprechpartner heran und entwickelst daraus echte Gespräche.

* Kontakte entwickeln: Du baust Beziehungen auf, fasst konsequent nach und sorgst dafür, dass aus Interesse qualifizierte Termine und später Projekte entstehen.

* CRM & Follow-up: Du hältst Kontakte, Gesprächsstände und nächste Schritte sauber fest, damit kein guter Lead verloren geht.

* Tools & AI: Du arbeitest mit modernen Sales-Tools und KI, um Outreach und Follow-ups effizienter zu machen. Wir zeigen dir alles, was du dafür brauchst.

Was dich ausmacht

* Du hast keine Angst vorm Telefon. Du weißt, dass nicht jeder abhebt und nicht jedes Gespräch funktioniert - und machst trotzdem den nächsten Call.

* Du bist eigenständig. Du siehst, was zu tun ist, und legst los, ohne dass dir jemand hinterherlaufen muss.

* Du kannst Menschen begeistern. Du hörst zu, verstehst schnell, was relevant ist, und kannst unser Produkt auf den Punkt bringen.

* Du willst besser werden. Du reflektierst Gespräche, nimmst Feedback an und probierst beim nächsten Call etwas Neues.

Vertriebserfahrung ist hilfreich, aber kein Muss. Wichtiger sind Drive, Kommunikationsstärke, Verbindlichkeit und die Fähigkeit, dranzubleiben.

Was drin ist

20-40 Stunden pro Woche.

Uns ist wichtiger, dass du die richtige Person bist, als wie viele Stunden in deinem Vertrag stehen.

Standort Villach mit teilweiser Homeoffice-Möglichkeit.

Du bekommst eine strukturierte Einschulung in Produkt, Zielgruppen, Gesprächsführung, CRM, LinkedIn, AI und unsere Sales-Prozesse.

€50.000 brutto Jahreszielgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis - mit Möglichkeit zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Performance.
