Das Barmherzige Schwestern Krankenhaus Wien ist eine hochspezialisierte Fachklinik für den gesamten Verdauungstrakt, Urologie, Onkologie und Psychosomatik. Jährlich werden mehr als 55.000 Patient*innen stationär und ambulant behandelt.

Die Mitarbeiter*innen im Bereich Patientenadministration sorgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie den Pflegemitarbeiter*innen in unserer Ambulanz für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Zur Unterstützung unseres sehr motivierten Teams suchen wir für je 35 Wochenstunden zwei engagierte, fachlich kompetente Mitarbeiter*innen, denen Zuwendung, Patient*innenorientierung und eine wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team ein Anliegen ist. Eine der beiden Stellen ist als Karenzvertretung bis 31.7.2027 vorgesehen. 2 Mitarbeiter*in Patientenmanagement Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Patient*innenadministration (insb. im Bereich Empfang & Aufnahme sowie an den Leitstellen Radiologie, Endoskopie und ZAE)

* Selbständige Durchführung organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben

* Bedienung der Telefonzentrale sowie des Ambulanztelefons

* Terminplanung und -vereinbarung

* Befund- und Arztbriefschreibung nach Diktat

* Zusammenarbeit im Team mit allen Berufsgruppen zum Wohle der Patient*innen

* Vertretungsfunktionen in weiteren Leitstellen

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur medizinischen Verwaltungsassistenz oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Matura (kaufmännische Lehre, HAK, HASCH, HBLA o.ä,)

* Erfahrung im medizinischen Verwaltungsbereich ist Voraussetzung

* Gute PC-Kenntnisse (SAP von Vorteil)

* Sehr gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse und Zehnfingersystem

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der medizinischen Terminologie

* Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

* Vorausschauendes, selbständiges Arbeiten, auch in Stresssituationen

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für die Dienstnehmer*innen der Ordensspitäler Österreichs mind. € 2.659,- (Verwendungsgruppe D2, Stufe 1) bei 35 Stunden. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt ist abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
