Werde Teil unseres Teams in Amstetten! Wir suchen Dich als 1 Mitarbeiter_in Projektlogistik & Einkauf Schwerpunkt Projektkoordination, Vertragsverhandlung und Versandorganisation

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die kaufmännische Verantwortung im Projekteinkauf und wirken aktiv bei der Projektlogistik mit. Die vollständige Abwicklung der Bestellungen mit Transportplanung und Dokumentenmanagement machen Sie zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil unserer Projektteams, womit Sie maßgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Projekte beitragen.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung bei allen Einkaufs- und logistischen Abläufen - je nach Projektphase

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Projektverantwortlichen

* Abwicklung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen inklusive Termin- und Logistikmanagement

o Versand- und Transportkoordination mit Speditionen

o Dokumentenmanagement: LC, Shipping Marks, Packlisten, Zollpapiere, Ursprungszertifikate

Was solltest du mitbringen:

* Teamfähigkeit und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

* Erfahrung im Einkauf, in projektbezogenen Funktionen oder im organisatorischen Bereich mit Versand-/Logistikerfahrung

* Kenntnisse in Dokumentenmanagement für internationale Lieferungen (LC, Shipping Marks, Zoll, Packlisten) von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis und sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick

* Aktive Abstimmung mit Kollegen aus Vertrieb, Technik und Projektmanagement

* Übernahme von Verantwortung für die eigenen Aufgaben - konsequent und selbstständig

* verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
