Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Klagenfurt suchen wir eine/n 1 Mitarbeiter/in Sales Support/Vertriebsinnendienst (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben

Verfassen von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenbetreuern

Auftragserfassung und -abwicklung

Erstellen der Ausgangsrechnungen und Rechnungskontrolle

Telefonische Kunden- und Lieferantenbetreuung inkl. Beschwerdemanagement

Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen/innen in Verkauf, Logistik und Produktion

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung

Erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Sachbearbeitung von Vorteil

Teamplayer/in mit Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent

Interesse an einer Bürotätigkeit mit Kundenkontakt

Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office

Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Für diese Position bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab € 2.200,--. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt orientiert sich an Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die Stelle unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Güterbeförderungsgewerbe.
