Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in 4600 Wels suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt 1 Mitarbeiter_in Vertriebsinnendienst Hochbau / Trockenbau /Dachbau Für deinen perfekten Einstieg sorgen wir mit einer mehrmonatigen Einschulungsphase, damit du von Anfang an erfolgreich durchstarten kannst.

Vollzeit 38,5 Std./ Woche

Du hast Erfahrung in der Baubranche - im Innendienst, als Techniker oder auf der Baustelle? Du kommst aktuell nicht weiter und kannst deine Ideen nicht umsetzen? Perfekte Voraussetzung für uns im Innendienst. Bei uns wird jede Stimme gehört - egal ob du gerade im Innendienst startest oder schon Profi bist. Wir sehen dich als entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktor im Vertrieb.

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Aktive Kundenbetreuung - du erkennst Potenziale und nutzt sie

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten mit Fokus auf Abschluss

* Unterstützung bei Preisgestaltung und Kalkulation

* Effiziente Abwicklung von Aufträgen sowie Koordination mit Lieferanten, Einkauf, und Außendienst

* Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Reklamationen - schnell, klar, professionell

DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN

* Kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Bauwirtschaft

* Ehrgeiz, Einsatzbereitschaft und den Willen, besser zu werden

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Zahlenverständnis und Interesse an Preis- und Vertriebslogik

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Solide, der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
