Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt

* Du unterstützt aktiv vertriebliche Aktivitäten und begleitest nach erfolgreicher Akquise oder Produkteinführung die Onboarding-Phase, insbesondere durch CRM-Pflege, Preisanlage sowie die Einrichtung diverser Kund*innentools und Systeme

* Du übernimmst administrative Innendienst- und rechnungsrelevante Aufgaben wie Rechnungsaufbereitung, Reklamationsprüfung sowie die Erstellung von Reports und Monatsabrechnungen

* Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen, Gutschriften und Mahnstufen und sorgst durch proaktive Kommunikation für fristgerechte Zahlungen

* Du unterstützt bei regionsspezifischen Kund*innenthemen im Tagesgeschäft und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Operations, Qualitätsmanagement, Business Customer Service, Rechnungswesen und Controlling

* Du nimmst gemeinsam mit der/dem Key Account Manager*in als Teil des Vertriebsteams an Kund*innenterminen mit den Konzernkunden teil

Worauf es uns ankommt

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS) oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung (AHS, FH oder Universität)

* Idealerweise zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Kundenservice sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)

* Hohe Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Verlässlichkeit, ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Chinesischkenntnisse und/oder Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem ostasiatischen Kultur- und Wirtschaftsraum sind von Vorteil

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens 35.000 ,- Euro (Bruttojahresgehalt, all-in).
