Für unseren Standort in 2353 Guntramsdorf suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter_in Vertriebsmanagement (m/w/d) ab 25 Wochenstunden/Teilzeit oder Vollzeit, in Guntramsdorf

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Filialen die richtigen Informationen zur richtigen Zeit erhalten - und behältst dabei die Kennzahlen im Blick:

Deine Mission:

* Erstellung und Koordination von Verkaufsmitteilungen, Leitfäden und Schulungsunterlagen für unsere LIBRO und PAGRO Filialen

* Aufbereitung und Analyse vertriebsrelevanter Reports, Kennzahlen und Erhebungen

* Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Filialprozessen sowie Mitarbeit bei Projekten mit IT und Fachabteilungen

* Koordination laufender Anfragen und Unterstützung von Bezirks- und Gebietsverkaufsleitung im Tagesgeschäft

* Pflege vertriebsrelevanter Stammdaten, Übersichten und Dokumentationen

Deine Stärken:

Damit das gelingt, bringst du Zahlenverständnis, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit:

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel) und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und Auswertungen

* Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit und Verständnis für Prozesse und betriebliche Zusammenhänge

* SAP-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im filialisierten Handel von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise - auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Bereitschaft, auch administrative Aufgaben zu übernehmen

* Deutschkenntnisse ab Niveau C1 (dem Arbeitsplatz entsprechend)

Kollektivvertragliches Bruttojahresgehalt ab € 41.804,- auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden), aliquot bei Teilzeit; Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich. Die Position ist wahlweise in Teilzeit (ab 25 Std./Woche) oder Vollzeit zu besetzen.
