DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH

Als dynamische/-r Teamplayer/-in bist du in unseren Jugendzentren verantwortlich für

* Community-Aufbau: Entwicklung und Pflege von Beziehungen zu den Jugendlichen durch proaktive Kommunikation, Beratung und Betreuung in den Jugendzentren

* Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Jugend-Projekten

* Digitale Jugendarbeit: Kreative Gestaltung und Pflege unserer Online-Präsenz

* Vermittlung von Jugendlichen an Fachstellen für weiterführende Unterstützung

* Mitarbeit bei den Erlebniswochen für Kinder und Jugendliche

DEIN PROFIL

* Leidenschaft für die Arbeit mit jungen Menschen und Verständnis für ihre Lebenswelten

* Hohe Sozialkompetenz

* Ausbildung im Bereich Pädagogik bzw. Sozialarbeit

* Für Quereinsteiger/-innen: Bereitschaft zu einer spezifischen Ausbildung für offene Jugendarbeit

* Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung (Abend- und abwechselnde Samstagsdienste)

* Freude an kultureller Vielfalt

Die Einstufung für diese Funktion erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des Gemeinde-Vertragsbediensteten-gesetzes in VB/I/c.

Das Mindestentgelt beträgt bei Vollbeschäftigung monatlich € 3.007,50 brutto und kann sich aufgrund gesetzlich anrechenbarer Vordienstzeiten erhöhen.
