UNTHA shredding technology entwickelt und produziert Zerkleinerungslösungen für eine Vielzahl unterschiedlichster Anwendungsfälle. Das Einsatzspektrum reicht von der Zerkleinerung von Holz für die thermische Verwertung bis hin zur Aufbereitung von Müll zu Sekundärbrennstoffen. Mit einem weltweiten Vertriebsnetz sind wir auf allen Kontinenten vertreten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter Lieferantenqualität/Supplier Quality Assurance - SQA (m/w/d)

auf Vollzeitbasis.

Deine Aufgaben - Was Du bei uns machst?

* Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualität von Zukaufteilen sowie Entwicklung und Bewertung von Lieferanten.

* Bearbeitung, Koordination und nachhaltige Nachverfolgung von Lieferantenreklamationen inklusive 8D-Reports und Korrekturmaßnahmen.

* Durchführung von Fehler- und Ursachenanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen.

* Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Lieferantenaudits sowie Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Freigabe neuer Lieferanten.

* Durchführung und Koordination von Erstbemusterungen, Produktionsprozessfreigaben (EMPB/PPF) und Festlegung von Prüfanforderungen für Zukaufteile.

* Qualitätsseitige Begleitung von Neuteilen, Produktänderungen und Serienanläufen.

* Analyse von Lieferantenkennzahlen sowie Ableitung, Umsetzung und Verfolgung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

* Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Konstruktion, Wareneingang, Produktion und Montage sowie Mitwirkung an Qualitäts- und Verbesserungsprojekten.

Unsere Anforderungen - Was Du mitbringen musst

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) sowie idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, in der Qualitätssicherung, Fertigung oder im technischen Einkauf.

* Gute Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Fertigung und im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen; Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Schweißtechnik, Zerspanung, Stahlbau oder Maschinenbau sind von Vorteil.

* Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätsmethoden und -werkzeugen wie 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA sowie EMPB/PPF.

* Erfahrung mit Lieferantenaudits bzw. eine Ausbildung zum internen Auditor sowie Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement von Vorteil.

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP- und CAQ-Systemen sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zu Lieferanten.

* Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Qualitätsanforderungen konsequent und gleichzeitig partnerschaftlich durchzusetzen.
