Spezialisiert auf die Herstellung hochwertiger Gewürzzubereitungen, Zusatzstoffe, aber auch Funktionalitäten für Convenienceprodukte, sorgen wir mit langjährigem Know-How für individuelle Lösungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach 1 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Dokumentation/Qualitätssicherung - Bereich Lebensmittelindustrie Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erstellung und Prüfung aller relevanten Kundenunterlagen zu unseren unterschiedlichen Produkten

* gemäß lebensmittelrelevanter Verordnungen (LMIV, Aromenverordnung, Zusatzstoffverordnung, nährwert- und gesundheitsbezogenen Angaben)

* Ausarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Produktspezifikationen und Etiketten unter Berücksichtigung länder- und kundenspezifischer Anforderungen

* Erstellung von Nährwerttabellen, Allergenlisten und mikrobiologischen Befunden

* Ausstellung diverser Bestätigungen auf aktuelle Themen im Bereich Lebensmittelsicherheit

* Interpretation, Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Gesetzestexten und Richtlinien (Lebensmittelrecht)

* Beantwortung sämtlicher Kundenanfragen (betriebs- und produktbezogen)

* Sicherstellung und laufende Optimierung interner Prozesse

* Datenpflege und Wartung von bestehenden Produkten sowie allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich (Lehre, HTL, FH/Uni,...)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung notwendig, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

* strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie logisches Denken

* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute EDV- und MS-Office Kenntnisse
