Verstärken Sie unser HR Team am Standort Hörsching als 1 Mitarbeiter Payroll Support & Personaladministration Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* Eigenverantwortliche Abrechnung von Reisekosten

* Administrative Betreuung der Leiharbeitnehmer_innen von der Anlage bis zum Austritt

* Unterstützung bei der Zeiterfassung sowie der Verwaltung von Abwesenheiten

* Mitarbeit in der Personaladministration entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles

* Vorbereitungsarbeiten für die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

* Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter_innen sowie externe Stellen und Behörden

* Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und laufenden Optimierungsmaßnahmen im Personalbereich

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HASCH/HAK, HLW etc.)

* 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich, idealerweise im HR-Umfeld

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Grundkenntnisse in der Personalverrechnung von Vorteil

* SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir Ihnen ein wettbewerbsfähiges Jahresbruttogehalt im Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie ab rund EUR 43.500,-- auf Vollzeitbasis (zzgl. variablem Anteil von bis zu 10%). Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
