En tant qu'ouvrier du département qualité, tu veilles à ce que la qualité des produits exigée par le client soit respectée. Pour ce faire, tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec tes collègues de la production afin d'atteindre l'objectif commun. Tu es chargé(e) de vérifier les géométries et les dimensions des composants produits selon le principe du double contrôle. Il en va de même pour la vérification des pièces que nous recevons de nos fournisseurs. Tu donnes le feu vert à la production en série lorsque les pièces ont été jugées conformes. Participe à l'amélioration des processus industriels et contribue activement au processus d'amélioration continue.

Ce que nous recherchons: • Savoir lire et interpréter un plan : connaissances des tolérances de formes et géométriques est souhaitée • Une très bonne connaissance des instruments de mesures « standard » : pied à coulisse, micromètres, colonne de mesure etc… • Compétences techniques, notamment connaissance des normes de qualités industrielles relatives aux secteurs de Mockel (aéronautique, spatial, défense) • Une première expérience dans la mise en route des programmes tridimensionnels (3D) et rédaction des rapports de contrôle • Attitudes : sens du service client, recherche de l’adéquation entre cahier des charges et produits finis, force de proposition • Expérience dans une fonction similaire de 5 ans min est un plus • Rigoureux, méthodique, organisé et soigneux • Connaissance de la langue allemande est un atout
