Kommen auch Sie in unser Team - wir suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt 1 Mitarbeiter Qualitätsmanagement (m/w/d) Aufgabenbereich

Unterstützung des Qualitäts- und Informationssicherheitsmanagements zur Gewährleistung der Qualität von Produkten, Prozessen und der Informationssicherheit, der Einhaltung der Anforderungen nach ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 und SCC sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen, Sicherheitsstandards und Informationssicherheitsprozessen.

Hauptaufgaben

* Durchführung und Dokumentation interner Audits gemäß ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, SCC und EN 1090.

* Mitarbeit bei der Pflege, Aktualisierung und Umsetzung des integrierten Managementsystems (IMS).

* Bearbeitung von Beschwerden, Nichtkonformitäten und Sicherheitsvorfällen einschließlich Ursachenanalyse sowie Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen.

* Bearbeitung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (CIP) im Bereich QM und ISMS.

Verantwortlichkeiten

* Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung gesetzlicher, normativer und interner Anforderungen im gesamten Unternehmen (IMS).

* Verwaltung der Systemdokumentation für IMS-Prozesse über orgavision.

* Verwaltung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP) im IMS-Bereich.

* Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Qualitätsabweichungen, Korrekturmaßnahmen und Vorfällen im Bereich der Informationssicherheit.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, Meister, Fachhochschule) oder abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen).

* Optional: Qualifikation als interner Auditor (ISO/IEC 17024).

* Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen (z. B. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, SCC oder EN 1090).

* Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, ERP-Systeme, Dokumentenmanagementsysteme).

* Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (Deutsch, Englisch).

Erforderliche Berufserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) im Stahlbau, Maschinenbau oder Metallbau.

* Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement (Dokumentenmanagement, Prozessmodellierung, Normen) sowie im Arbeitsschutz.

* Erfahrung in der Moderation abteilungsübergreifender Themen (z. B. Nichtkonformitätsmanagement und CIP).

* Erfahrung mit internen/externen Audits.

Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
