YOU INSPIRE

* You are an allrounder: Von der Recherche bis zum Vertragsabschluss über die Reiseversicherung: organisiere Pauschal- und Individualreisen speziell für deine Kund:innen

* You are an organizational talent: Übernimm die gesamte Reiseorganisation (Angebotslegung, Flug- und Hotelbuchungen, Transfer, Versicherung, Rechnungslegung und Nachbetreuung)

* You are a great advisor: Berate deine Kund_innen über Destinationen, Hotels, Versicherungen und länderspezifische Erfordernisse (Impfungen, Visa)

* You are responsible: Betreue deine Kund_innen aktiv vor- und nach der Reise und übernimm Verantwortung für deine Buchungen

* You are digital: Hole, sofern du das möchtest, unsere Kund_innen als Social Agent über alle Buchungskanäle (z.B. Chat und Serviceline) ab

* Be a Maker of Happy: Du hast idealerweise bereits eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Reisebüroassistent_in oder möchtest in die Reisebranche einsteigen

* Be on tour: Du fühlst dich in der Tourismusbranche wohl und hast durch eigene Reisen bereits gutes Destinationswissen aufbauen können

* Be forward thinking: Du lernst dich schnell in unterschiedliche Systeme ein und hast eine positive Einstellung zum Thema Digitalisierung und Online-Vermarktung

* Be open minded: Kund_innen vertrauen dir, du überzeugst mit deiner offenen und kommunikativen Art und du stehst Veränderungen offen gegenüber

* Be in contact: Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, bist bereit unsere Kund_innen zu servicieren und professionell zu beraten

* Be a learner: Du bist bereit täglich Neues zu lernen und dich über aktuelle Gegebenheiten (Einreisebestimmungen, o.ä.) zu informieren
