Die Gemeinde Fernitz-Mellach schreibt die Stelle eines/r 1 Mitarbeiters/in (m/w/d) für den Bau- und Wirtschaftshof mit einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden (100% der Vollbeschäftigung) öffentlich aus

Aufgaben und Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Durchführung von kommunalen Aufgaben, wie z.B. Winterdienst, Straßenerhaltung

* Pflege und Instandhaltung öffentlicher Anlagen und Gebäude, u.a. in den Bereichen Bauhof, ASZ, Straßen, Kanal, Müll, Friedhof, Grünraum

Anstellungserfordernisse:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf (Facharbeiter*in) - (z.B. Elektriker, Tischler, Zimmerer, Schlosser, ...)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Führerschein B, F

* Führerschein C + Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zu Mehrleistung (Bereitschaftsdienst, Sonn- und Feiertags- bzw. Nachtdienst im Winterdienst)

* Gesundheitliche und körperliche Eignung

* Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung

* Freude im Umgang mit Menschen

* Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten

* Teamfähigkeit

* Zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Schnelle Auffassungs- und Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit

* Persönliches Engagement, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Verschwiegenheit

Dienstbeginn und Entlohnung:

Die Einstellung erfolgt zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt nach dem Steiermärkischem Gemeinde-Vertragsbedienstetengesetz 1962 idgF. und unter Berücksichtigung des Landes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes 2004 idgF. Der monatliche Mindestbezug liegt nach dem Entlohnungsschema Il -Arbeiter, Entlohnungsgruppe 3/1 bei € 2.480,60 brutto (bei Vollbeschäftigung). Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
