Deine Mission:

* Entwickle großartige Apps: Du setzt deine Fähigkeiten in Flutter und Dart ein, um plattformübergreifende Apps für iOS und Android zu entwickeln, die unsere Nutzer lieben werden. * Baue beeindruckende Features: Du implementierst neue Features und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Apps kontinuierlich besser werden. * Gestalte Nutzererlebnisse: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Product Owner zusammen, um Benutzeroberflächen zu gestalten, die nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch intuitiv und einfach zu bedienen sind. * Optimiere die Performance: Du analysierst und optimierst die Leistung unserer Apps, damit sie flüssig und effizient laufen. * Sichere die Qualität: Du führst Unit-Tests und Integrationstests durch, um sicherzustellen, dass der Code sauber und robust ist. * Dokumentiere deine Arbeit: Du hältst deine Lösungen und Prozesse in technischen Dokumentationen fest, damit sie für alle verständlich und nachvollziehbar sind.

Dein Profil:

* IT-Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (HTL, UNI oder FH in Wirtschafts-/Informatik). * Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mobiler Apps, vorzugsweise mit Flutter und Dart. * Technische Skills: Du beherrschst Flutter und Dart und kennst dich mit der Integration von RESTful APIs, State Management (z. B. Provider, Bloc) und Couchbase aus. * AI-Know-how: Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI-gestützten Tools wie GitHub Copilot, Claude oder vergleichbaren Lösungen zur Unterstützung der Softwareentwicklung. * Design-Affinität: Du hast ein gutes Gespür für UI/UX und kannst Designs in benutzerfreundliche und ansprechende Anwendungen umsetzen. * Teamplayer: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kommunizierst klar und effektiv. * Werkzeuge: Du bist vertraut mit Git, CI/CD und den gängigen Entwicklungswerkzeugen. * Analytisches Denken: Du kannst komplexe Probleme lösen und hast ein Auge fürs Detail.
