Jobomschrijving

Jouw uitdagingen als montageleider staalbouw:

  • Bruggenbouwer – als montageleider staalbouw ben je een onmisbare schakel in het meebouwen aan grootschalige staalbouwprojecten over heel België. Kortom een rol waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid op je schouders neemt om zo tot een succesvolle uitvoering te komen. Krijg jij het al warm vanbinnen?
  • Plannen en organiseren – omdat de projecten steeds variëren in omvang en complexiteit, is het coördineren van en het overzicht houden over de werkzaamheden van cruciaal belang. Wanneer er even minder werk is op de bouwplaats, zal je jouw collega's in het atelier met veel plezier bijstaan voor de assemblage en samenbouw van grote projecten.
  • Team aansturen – je hebt aanleg om de leiding te nemen. Jij zorgt voor de taakverdeling en stuurt de arbeiders aan met als doel om de projectdoelstellingen samen te bereiken. Je staat hierbij garant voor korte en duidelijke communicatielijnen.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt – de opdrachtgevers, partners en inspecteurs weten jou te vinden voor het beantwoorden van eventuele vragen en het oplossen van problemen. Deadlines? Deze verlies jij niet uit het oog.
  • Safety first – veiligheid is en blijft steeds jouw topprioriteit. Hierbij leef je de nodige veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften na en ben je hét voorbeeld voor jouw team.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een technische opleiding in de richting bouw, (elektro)mechanica of gerelateerd is een absolute must.
  • Je hebt een extra troef in handen indien je enkele jaren relevante ervaring op de teller hebt. Ben je nog toe aan jouw eerste proefstuk? Wij leren jou de kneepjes van het vak.
  • Je krijgt energie van mooie, technisch hoogstaande projecten en bent vervolgens ook in staat deze te concretiseren en uit te voeren.
  • Je hebt er geen enkel probleem mee om vlot en transparant te communiceren met verschillende stakeholders. Daarnaast kan je jou uitdrukken in het Engels en het Nederlands.
  • Durf jij daarnaast van jezelf toegeven dat je een flexibele doorzetter bent en heb jij bovendien een stevige portie people skills dewelke je inzet om jouw team dagelijks te enthousiasmeren? Aarzel niet langer en draag binnenkort jouw steentje bij aan onze uitdagende projecten!
