* Österreichweit

Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Fassadenmontagen (Metall-, Faserzement- und Verbundfassaden)

* Montage von Unterkonstruktionen, Dämmungen und Fassadensystemen

* Führung und Koordination von Montageteams sowie Subunternehmen

* Arbeitsvorbereitung, Baustellenorganisation und Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen

* Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine, Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften

* Baustellendokumentation, Stundenaufzeichnungen und Fotodokumentation

* Material- und Geräteeinsatzplanung in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung

* Budgetverantwortung für den Montagebereich sowie Pflege der Arbeitsmittel

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Spengler, Metallbautechniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fassadenmontage und in der Führung von Montageteams

* Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Schwindelfreiheit und österreichweite Reisebereitschaft

* EDV-Kenntnisse und Staplerführerschein von Vorteil
