Voor een groeiend en hoogtechnologisch metaalbedrijf in de regio Hamont-Achel zoeken wij een handige Monteerder - Samensteller. In deze moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde werkomgeving bouw je mee aan eenvoudige tot zeer complexe metaalproducten en sub-assemblages. Jobomschrijving

Als Monteerder - Samensteller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige montage en kwaliteitscontrole van metalen componenten:Voorbereiding & Montage: Controleren van de planning, op peil houden van de werkplekvoorraad en het nauwkeurig monteren van componenten en halffabricaten volgens de werkinstructies.Montagetechnieken: Toepassen van diverse verbindingstechnieken, waaronder mechanische schroefverbindingen en laswerkzaamheden.Kwaliteit & Testen: Uitvoeren van tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles, functionele testen op afgewerkte producten en instaan voor de finale eindcontrole.Logistieke opvolging: Correct doorsturen van goedgekeurde producten naar de volgende werkpost en het zorgvuldig verpakken van eindproducten volgens de richtlijnen.Probleemoplossing: Oplossen van kleine technische storingen aan de werkpost of deze tijdig melden aan je directe leidinggevende.

Wij zoeken een praktisch ingestelde aanpakker die graag meedenkt:Je beschikt over een duidelijke technische achtergrond (door opleiding of ervaring).Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en detail.Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt proactief mee wanneer zich een technisch probleem voordoet.Je bent gemotiveerd om continu bij te leren en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.Pluspunt: Relevante ervaring met mechanische montage en/of lassen is een sterke troef.
