Wil jij mee werken aan de modernste hightech machines? Vind jij de afwisseling tussen werken in het atelier, bij de klant en ook regelmatig in het buitenland geweldig? Zoek je een job waar je jouw mechanische, elektrische en PLC kennis kan gebruiken? Zijn flexibele werkuren wel gemakkelijk? Dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres!

Wij zijn een gezellige KMO die machines maken voor de voedingsindustrie. Onze klanten bevinden in België maar ook evengoed daarbuiten. Zo hebben wij verschillende klanten in Oost-Europa en bijvoorbeeld in Rusland. Wij maken machines voor de productie van chocolade, koekjes, ijsjes, pizza's, hamburgers enz... Denk aan verpakkingsmachines, productiemachines en verschillende robots. Kortom, afwisseling gegarandeerd!

Wat kan je bij ons verwachten?

  • Gemiddeld werk je de helft van de tijd in onze atelier en de andere helft van de tijd bouw je machines op bij onze klanten.
  • Afhankelijk van onze projecten zal je 20 à 40% van jouw tijd machines opbouwen in het buitenland.
  • Je maakt prototypes van installaties en verpakkingsmachines. Dit kan gaan over kleinere machines maar evengoed over lange productielijnen. Sommige projecten duren een paar weken tot bijvoorbeeld 3 maanden. Jouw creatieve oplossingen komen goed van pas om de machines op te bouwen en constructies te verzinnen.
  • De onderdelen van de machines komen gemaakt binnen. Jij zal deze assembleren. Je maakt hierbij gebruik van handmachines zoals een boormachine. Indien nodig zal je af en toe eens een onderdeel aan de machine lassen. Kan je dit niet? Geen probleem! Verder za je ook afkitten.
  • Je doet de elektrische bedrading van de machines. Nadien worden deze getest. Uiteraard krijg je hier in het begin de nodige ondersteuning bij.
  • Je probeert de productieprocessen te optimaliseren. Is er een storing? Dan probeer je deze op te lossen.
  • De storingen kunnen op mechanisch, elektrisch of op PLC vlak voorkomen. Denk aan draden optimaliseren, sensoren en servomotoren vervangen, camera's vervangen en eventueel een remote op afstand doen.
  • Het programmeren doet één van jouw collega's. Door de programma's te begrijpen, kan je storingen wel sneller helpen oplossen. Door jouw computerkennis, kan je inloggen bij vision systemen om deze te optimaliseren.

Jij komt terecht in een team van 14 collega's. De installaties in het buitenland zal je samen met één collega doen. Jullie projecten kunnen enkele dagen zijn tot maximum 2 weken. Uiteraard krijgen jullie hiervoor de nodige vergoedingen en regelen wij een goede plaats om te overnachten! Doe je deze periode extra uren? Dan kan je deze nadien opnemen als recup. We zorgen ervoor dat je zoveel mogelijk thuis bent in het weekend.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B zodat je je kan verplaatsen met onze bestelwagens.
  • Werken in het buitenland spreekt jou enorm aan!
  • Jij hebt kennis van machinebouw.
