Onze treinen.Een trein bestaat uit honderden technische onderdelen. Als er één onderdeel niet goed functioneert, moet je weten waar je moet zoeken, wat je moet controleren en hoe je het oplost. Als monteur treintechniek ga jij daarmee aan de slag. Je werkt aan verschillende soorten rollend materieel en krijgt een combinatie van onderhoud, inspectie, reparatie en storingswerk. Je volgt technische voorschriften, maar vertrouwt ook op je eigen inzicht en ervaring. Waar houd jij je dagelijks mee bezig? Controleren Je loopt technische controles uit en onderzoekt onderdelen en systemen op slijtage, defecten of afwijkingen. Sleutelen Je voert onderhoud en eenvoudige reparaties uit aan het rollend materieel. Onderdelen vervangen, herstellen of opnieuw goed afstellen Storingen uitpluizen Een storing heeft niet altijd een duidelijke oorzaak. Jij onderzoekt het probleem stap voor stap en brengt in kaart wat er moet gebeuren. Vastleggen Wat je aantreft en uitvoert, leg je nauwkeurig vast. Zo weet de volgende monteur precies wat er met het materieel is gebeurd. Overleggen Kom je tijdens je werkzaamheden iets tegen? Dan bespreek je dit met je leidinggevende en bepaal je samen de vervolgstap. Meedenken Zie jij een manier om een onderhoudsproces veiliger, slimmer of efficiënter te maken? Dan horen we dat graag.
