The posting

Bouw mee aan projecten waar je achteraf met fierheid naar kijkt

Bij Loggere richten we kleedkamers en sanitaire ruimtes in voor scholen, bedrijven, ziekenhuizen, sportclubs, zwembaden en overheidsinstellingen in België, Nederland en Frankrijk.

We maken en plaatsen onder andere lockers, banken, kapstokken, sanitaire cabines en maatwerkoplossingen. Dat doen we met een klein, hecht team dat trots is op wat het aflevert.

Daarom zoeken wij geen "gewone monteur". We zoeken iemand die voldoening haalt uit mooi werk, die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en die graag kan zeggen: "Dat hebben wij gemaakt."

Wat ga je doen?

Je functie bestaat uit een mooie afwisseling tussen werk in ons atelier in Meer en montage bij klanten.

In het atelier:

  • Assembleren van banken, kapstokken en andere garderobesystemen.
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette, efficiënte werkplaats.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van het afgewerkte product.

Op verplaatsing:

  • Plaatsen en afwerken van sanitaire cabines, lockers en garderobe-oplossingen.
  • Meten, uitzetten, boren, verankeren en afstellen.
  • Werken bij klanten in België en Nederland.
  • Samen met collega's zorgen voor een perfecte oplevering.

De verhouding atelier/montage bedraagt ongeveer 50/50.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je hoeft niet overal ervaring in te hebben. De juiste ingesteldheid vinden we belangrijker dan een perfect CV.

Jij bent iemand die:

  • Fier is op zijn werk en graag kwaliteit aflevert.
  • Niet wacht tot iemand controleert of het werk goed gedaan is.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Praktisch denkt en oplossingen zoekt.
  • Begrijpt dat sommige dagen bestaan uit lange autoritten of stevig fysiek werk.
  • Respectvol omgaat met collega's, klanten en materiaal.
  • Graag deel uitmaakt van een team en mee bouwt aan de naam van Loggere.

Verder heb je:

  • Een rijbewijs B.
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Een VCA-attest of de bereidheid dit te behalen.
  • Bereidheid om uitzonderlijk eens te overnachten voor een project (maximaal 5 nachten per jaar).
  • Ervaring in montage, schrijnwerk of assemblage is een pluspunt.
