Jouw taken binnen deze functie:

  • Herstellen van tankcontainers volgens de geldende richtlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen aan kleppen en valven, zodat alles correct functioneert.
  • Druktesten uitvoeren om lekkages tijdig op te sporen en te verhelpen voordat containers in gebruik worden genomen.
  • Binnenin de container schuur- en coatwerk uitvoeren voor optimale staat en duurzaamheid.
  • Buitenkant van de container herstellen, inclusief bekleding (cladding) en bestikkering, voor volledige functionaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Naleven van alle veiligheidsprotocollen en richtlijnen van het team om een veilige werkplek te garanderen.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en communiceren over werkzaamheden en verbeterpunten.
  • Werken in dagdienst van 8u15 tot 16u30, met een eerder einde op vrijdag om 15u45.
  • Overzicht houden over alle uitgevoerde taken en controles.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënt herstelproces en hoge kwaliteit van de containers.
  • Zorgdragen voor proper en georganiseerd werkmateriaal en werkplek.

Jouw profiel en competenties:

  • Je beschikt over een opleiding mechanica op A3-niveau.
  • Ervaring als monteur, (zand)straler of spuiter is een voordeel.
  • Technieken zoals schuren, sparktesten en coaten leer je on the job.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands om veiligheidsinstructies correct te begrijpen.
  • Je werkt graag in een klein team waar samenwerking en onderlinge ondersteuning centraal staan.
  • Eigen vervoer is noodzakelijk, omdat de locatie moeilijk bereikbaar is met openbaar vervoer.
  • Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk werken volgens richtlijnen en procedures.
  • Bereid om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en kennis uit te breiden.
  • Flexibel en inzetbaar binnen de werkuren en planning van het team.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en georganiseerde werkplek.
