FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van een team dat instaat voor de betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van het machinepark. Dankzij jouw technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat productielijnen optimaal blijven draaien en storingen snel worden opgelost. Geen enkele werkdag is hetzelfde: je analyseert en verhelpt technische problemen, voert preventieve onderhoudswerken uit en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan installaties en processen.

Naast het dagelijks onderhoud werk je mee aan technische optimalisaties en investeringsprojecten die bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving, een hoge productkwaliteit en een maximale productie-efficiëntie. Samen met je collega's bouw je verder aan een gestructureerd onderhoudsbeleid en help je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van het onderhoudsplatform. Je werkt in een ochtend- en namiddagploeg en bent bereid om sporadisch op zaterdag ondersteuning te bieden

PROFIEL

Je bent een gedreven en betrouwbare technieker met een passie voor techniek en een sterke motivatie om jezelf voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen, zowel via interne opleidingen als externe trainingen. Dankzij jouw ervaring binnen de elektromechanica beschik je over een brede technische kennis en kan je elektrische schema's vlot lezen en interpreteren.

Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en weet snel en doordacht te handelen wanneer technische problemen zich voordoen. Bovendien ben je stressbestendig en behoud je ook in drukke situaties het overzicht. Samenwerken gaat jou natuurlijk af en dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je vlot relaties op met collega's en andere afdelingen.

Daarnaast heb je oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid en draag je actief bij aan een efficiënte en professionele werkomgeving. Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands uitstekend en kan je je bij voorkeur ook uitdrukken in het Engels.
