Heb jij al meerdere jaren ervaring in technische montage en voel je je thuis in een industriële omgeving waar maatwerk centraal staat?

Je komt terecht bij een sterk verankerde West-Vlaamse bedrijvengroep met een 40-tal medewerkers, actief in uiteenlopende niches binnen de industriële installatietechniek. Deze groep ondersteunt productiebedrijven in binnen- en buitenland met totaaloplossingen op maat. Binnen de organisatie werk je vooral mee aan projecten rond ontstoffingssystemen, pneumatische transportsystemen en buizenconstructies voor klanten in de chemie, voedingssector, recyclage en metaalverwerking. Elk project is uniek, volledig afgestemd op de industriële context van de klant.

Wat deze werkgever typeert, is de combinatie van technische diepgang, praktische aanpak en een sterke focus op maatwerk. Van industriële ventilatie en transportbanden tot elektrische sturingen en automatisatie: hier wordt alles in eigen beheer voorbereid, gemonteerd en opgestart. De groep heeft expertise in o.a. luchttechniek, machinebouw, koeltorens en elektrische installaties.

Je werkt in een no-nonsense werkomgeving waar respect voor techniek, vakmanschap en mensen centraal staat. Dankzij de kleinschalige structuur heerst er een aangename werksfeer en is er ruimte voor initiatief en doorgroei. Buitenlandse werven zorgen voor afwisseling, maar je bent steeds thuis in het weekend.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt voor de montage van ontstoffingsinstallaties en pneumatisch transport op industriële werven in binnen- en buitenland
  • Je werkt onder toezicht van een hoofdmonteur, maar je denkt ook actief mee tijdens de werken
  • Als monteur vertrek je samen met het team op maandag en bent altijd terug thuis in het weekend
  • Je volgt technische plannen nauwkeurig op en brengt deze tot uitvoering
  • Je onderhoudt zorgvuldig je gereedschap en uitrusting
  • Ondersteunen en meedenken bij het verbeteren van de montagestroom en krijgt inspraak in de aanpak
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt al meerdere jaren ervaring in montage en kan technische plannen lezen
  • Een VCA-attest is vereist of je bent bereid dit snel te behalen
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
