Dit productiebedrijf zoekt een ervaren TD Monteur die het technische onderhoud en de storingsafhandeling op zich neemt binnen de technische dienst. De organisatie werkt vanuit een vaste locatie in de regio Haarlem en voert dagelijks werkzaamheden uit aan productie-installaties en mechanische systemen. De TD Monteur werkt nauw samen met de productieafdeling en de werkvoorbereiding om de uptime van de installatie te waarborgen en procesonderbrekingen te beperken. In Haarlem is er aandacht voor een goede overdracht en een gestructureerd onboardingproces voor nieuwe medewerkers zodat je snel zelfstandig aan de slag kunt. De functie vraagt om praktisch inzicht, een hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om zowel mechanische als elektrotechnische storingen te diagnosticeren en te verhelpen. De TD Monteur rapporteert technische afwijkingen en draagt bij aan kleine verbeterprojecten en optimalisatie van onderhoudsprocedures. Er is veel contact met operators en collegaâs van de technische dienst om efficiëntie en veiligheid te verbeteren.

- Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan productie-installaties als TD Monteur

- Je verhelpt storingen en voert reparaties uit om productieverliezen te minimaliseren

- Je werkt nauw samen met de productie en de werkvoorbereiding als TD Monteur

- Je signaleert terugkerende storingen en draagt voorstellen voor verbetering aan

- Je verzorgt de technische rapportage en documentatie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

Functie-eisen: - Ervaring als TD monteur of allround monteur binnen een technische dienst of productieomgeving

- Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken

- Technisch inzicht en praktisch probleemoplossend vermogen
