Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een centrale technische dienst die zorgt voor het onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van installaties. De technische dienst werkt nauw samen met productie en werkvoorbereiding om stilstand te beperken en processen te optimaliseren. De locatie in Bunschoten-Spakenburg biedt een praktische werkomgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteitsbewaking belangrijk zijn. Als Monteur Technische Dienst voer je onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, los je storingen op en draag je bij aan kleine verbeteringen in de installaties in samenwerking met collega’s binnen de technische dienst. De rol vraagt om flexibiliteit, praktische vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte houding omdat storingen snel en veilig moeten worden verholpen om de continuïteit van het productieproces te borgen. Nieuwe medewerkers doorlopen een gestructureerd inwerktraject met aandacht voor werkprocedures en veiligheidsregels. Medewerkers krijgen de mogelijkheid om zich vakinhoudelijk te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de technische dienst naar functies met meer verantwoordelijkheid.
