De medewerkers binnen de technische dienst werken nauw samen met de productie- en engineeringafdelingen om kleine aanpassingen door te voeren en procesverbeteringen voor te stellen. In Coevorden biedt deze organisatie mogelijkheden om technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen door on-the-job ervaring en interne overdracht van kennis. De werksfeer is praktisch en oplossingsgericht en er is aandacht voor veilig werken en goed gereedschap. - Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Je lost storingen op en stelt mechanische componenten opnieuw af

- Je assembleert onderdelen en repareert mechanische subsystemen

- Je ondersteunt collega's bij inbedrijfstelling en verbeterprojecten

Functie-eisen: - MBO-werk- en denkniveau richting Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar

- Aantoonbare ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud of als monteur in een productieomgeving

- Praktische kennis van mechanische gereedschappen en montagewerkzaamheden

- Zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding met goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden
