Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf in de food-sector dat zich specialiseert in het verwerken en verpakken van kruiden en babyleafs. In Ridderkerk zorgt deze organisatie voor een efficiënt en veilig machinepark dat speciaal is ingericht voor het inpakken van verse producten. De technische dienst draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige onderhoud van dit machinepark en voor het snel verhelpen van storingen zodat de productie continuïteit behouden blijft. De werkzaamheden omvatten mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud, het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het doorvoeren van kleine technische verbeteringen aan verpakkingsmachines en aanverwante installaties. De technische dienst werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen productie en engineering om processen te optimaliseren en uitvaltijd te beperken. Medewerkers voeren diagnosewerkzaamheden uit, herstellen storingen en zorgen voor structurele verbeteringen waar mogelijk. De werkomgeving vraagt om praktische vakkennis, oplossingsgericht handelen en het vermogen om zelfstandig knelpunten aan te pakken op de productielocatie in Ridderkerk.
