Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een technische dienst die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van productie-installaties in een productieomgeving. De organisatie werkt op locatie in Lelystad en zoekt een storingsmonteur voor een 3-ploegendienst die snel en effectief storingen oplost. In Lelystad voert deze organisatie onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan diverse machinale installaties binnen de productielijn. De technische dienst werkt nauw samen met de afdeling productie en engineering om stilstand te beperken en productiedoelstellingen te halen. De nieuwe medewerker krijgt een duidelijke inwerkperiode en werkt aan zowel het verhelpen van storingen als het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het doorvoeren van kleine technische aanpassingen. De functie vraagt vakmanschap bij mechanische en elektrische storingsdiagnose en het correct bijhouden van werkorders en rapportages. Veilig werken en het volgen van interne procedures zijn belangrijk binnen de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Er is aandacht voor professionele ontwikkeling en het uitbreiden van technische kennis door on-the-job training en begeleiding binnen de technische dienst.
