Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf dat werkt binnen een praktische productieomgeving en zoekt versterking voor de technische dienst in Deventer. De technische dienst ondersteunt de continuïteit van de productie en is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de uitvoering van preventief onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen. In Deventer werken medewerkers samen met productie en engineering om uitval te minimaliseren en processen stabiel te houden. Nieuwe collega's doorlopen een gestructureerde inwerkperiode om de productielocatie en veiligheidsprocedures goed te leren. De organisatie vraagt van medewerkers een hands-on mentaliteit en flexibiliteit vanwege het werken in 3 ploegen. Er wordt belang gehecht aan veilig werken en aan het signaleren van kansen voor kleine verbeteringen aan machines en processen. De technische dienst heeft een praktische aanpak en draagt bij aan de operationele beschikbaarheid van de installaties. De organisatie biedt mogelijkheden om kennis op te bouwen tijdens de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en stimuleert vakmanschap binnen de technische dienst.
