Monteur Technische Dienst | Fulltime | Salaris in overleg IJmuiden # 67502 Omschrijving Als Monteur Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud aan machines, apparatuur en gebouwgebonden installaties. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit preventief onderhoud, het analyseren van storingen en het uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen binnen de productieomgeving. Binnen deze functie staat de continuïteit van het productieproces centraal. Machines en installaties moeten betrouwbaar blijven draaien, zodat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften verloopt. Er wordt gewerkt in dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag. De starttijd ligt tussen 06:00 en 08:00 uur en de eindtijd tussen 15:00 en 17:00 uur. Werkzaamheden: - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines, apparatuur en installaties. - Zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen. - Werken aan productie- en verpakkingsmachines binnen een foodproductieomgeving. - Signaleren van technische verbeterpunten binnen het productieproces. - Doen van verbetervoorstellen om storingen te verminderen en kwaliteit te verhogen. - Begeleiden van externe monteurs en technische dienstverleners op locatie. - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften. - Afstemmen van technische werkzaamheden met productiecollega's en andere afdelingen.
