Het bedrijf investeert continu in machines, installaties en kassen om de procesbetrouwbaarheid en productkwaliteit te verbeteren. In Rijsenhout werken medewerkers nauw samen in een productieve werkomgeving waar korte lijnen met leveranciers en externe monteurs belangrijk zijn voor het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van onderhoud. De organisatie zoekt een monteur die zowel storingen snel kan verhelpen als preventief onderhoud kan uitvoeren om stilstand te beperken. De monteur werkt regelmatig aan mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische onderdelen en ondersteunt bij elektrotechnische controles en kleine aanpassingen. Er wordt veel waarde gehecht aan veilig werken, samenwerking met collega’s en externe partijen en een proactieve houding richting procesverbeteringen. De werkplek bevindt zich in Rijsenhout en biedt een afwisselende rol met veel praktijkwerk en contact met leveranciers.

- Je verhelpt storingen snel en veilig om stilstand te minimaliseren als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Je voert mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische werkzaamheden uit

- Je ondersteunt bij elektrotechnische controles en voert kleine aanpassingen door

- Je coördineert en houdt toezicht op het werk van externe partijen en onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en monteurs
