Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Sassenheim.

Dit productiebedrijf is actief binnen de industrie en voert productieactiviteiten uit in een omgeving met zowel werktuigbouwkundige als elektrotechnische installaties. De vestiging in Sassenheim werkt volgens geldende HACCP- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en richt zich op continu onderhoud en storingsafhandeling om de productie draaiende te houden. De technische dienst voert inspecties, preventief en correctief onderhoud en revisiewerkzaamigheden uit aan mechanische, pneumatische, hydraulische en elektrotechnische componenten en werkt daarbij samen met de productie- en engineeringafdelingen. Er wordt gewerkt in twee ploegendiensten en incidenteel in drie ploegendiensten waardoor werktijden en de inzet van monteurs op verschillende momenten plaatsvinden. De locatie ligt op 10 minuten loopafstand van station Sassenheim wat de bereikbaarheid voor medewerkers vergemakkelijkt. Kennis van PLC-besturingen is gewenst en ervaring met het oplossen van werktuigbouwkundige, elektrische en pneumatische storingen is belangrijk voor een goede uitvoering van de functie. De vestiging hanteert de cao-zoetwaren en biedt een 40-urige werkweek, een pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding, parkeergelegenheid en faciliteiten zoals bedrijfsfitness en een actieve personeelsvereniging.

- Je voert periodieke inspecties uit op werktuigbouwkundig en elektrotechnisch gebied en rapporteert bevindingen aan de afdelingsleiding

- Je herstelt mechanische, pneumatische, hydraulische en elektrotechnische storingen zodat de productie snel kan worden hervat

- Als Allround Monteur lokaliseer je storingen en beoordeel je of direct repareren mogelijk en noodzakelijk is

- Je voert correctief onderhoud en modificaties uit op basis van werkopdrachten en instructies van de afdelingsleiding
