Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Nieuwegein.

Deze organisatie is een logistieke dienstverlener in de food-sector met een eigen verpakkings- en distributiecentrum in Nieuwegein. De vestiging in Nieuwegein bedient klanten in de food- en retailketen en werkt met meerdere productielijnen en magazijninstallaties. De locatie beschikt over 3 tot 5 verpakkingslijnen, diverse transportbanden, verpakkingsmachines en koel- en vriescellen en voert batchgewijze verwerking en orderpick-activiteiten uit. De technische dienst werkt op één vaste locatie en ondersteunt zowel de verpakkingslijnen als de distributieprocessen. De technische dienst bestaat uit ongeveer 6 technici die nauw samenwerken met productie, engineering en werkvoorbereiding. De werkzaamheden bestaan ruwweg uit 40% mechanisch onderhoud, 25% elektrisch onderhoud, 20% oplossen van storingen en 15% preventief onderhoud. Je lost zowel eenvoudige storingen zoals sensoren en relais op als complexere storingen in aandrijf- en besturingstechniek. Het betreft een mix van hardware- en besturingsstoringen waarbij veelgebruikte PLC-systemen worden uitgelezen voor first-line troubleshooting maar waarbij programmeren meestal door specialisten wordt uitgevoerd. De rol omvat uitvoeren van onderhoud, kleine modificaties en incidenteel installatie en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe lijnen. Er wordt gewerkt met standaard technische disciplines zoals pneumatiek, hydrauliek en aandrijftechniek en er is een goed uitgeruste werkplaats beschikbaar.
