Leerling Mechatronica Bouw jij straks onze machines van begin tot eind? Nijkerk Wil jij niet alleen op school leren hoe techniek werkt, maar vooral zelf bouwen, aansluiten, testen en ontdekken? Bij ROM krijg je als BBL-leerling Mechatronica de kans om het vak in de praktijk te leren. Je draait volledig mee binnen onze afdeling Assemblage en werkt samen met ervaren monteurs aan onze machines. En heb je interesse in elektrotechniek? Dan vinden we dat extra interessant. We willen binnen ons team meer kennis op dit gebied opbouwen en bieden jou graag de mogelijkheid om je juist hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Solliciteren? Lijkt dit je wat? Wat ga je doen? Bij ROM bouwen onze monteurs machines van begin tot eind. Je werkt dus niet steeds aan hetzelfde onderdeel, maar leert hoe uit losse componenten uiteindelijk een complete, werkende machine ontstaat. Tijdens je opleiding leer je onder andere: - technische tekeningen en schema's lezen; - onderdelen en constructies assembleren en monteren; - motoren, pompen en aandrijvingen monteren; - leidingwerk aanleggen; - elektrische componenten en bekabeling monteren en aansluiten; - machines inbouwen in onder andere bedrijfsbussen; - machines afstellen, testen en proefdraaien; - technische problemen opsporen en oplossen. Onderdelen waarmee je werkt worden deels binnen ROM geproduceerd, onder andere in onze fabriek in Tsjechië. Op de afdeling Assemblage komen al die onderdelen en technieken bij elkaar en bouwen we ze op tot een compleet eindproduct. Extra interesse in elektrotechniek? Mooi. Binnen onze assemblage hebben we op dit moment een collega die zich specifiek bezighoudt met de elektrotechnische werkzaamheden aan onze machines.
