* Gruppen und Einzelpersonen, die sich auf Ihre strukturierte Begleitung und abwechslungsreiche Tagesgestaltung freuen

* Mitgestaltung unserer bedürfnisorientierten Angebote für begleitete Beschäftigte

* Anbindung an die Werkstätte und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Wohnhaus

* Strukturierung des Alltags zur Orientierung und Sicherheit unserer Klient:innen

Dein Profil

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Sozial- oder Gesundheitsbereich z.B.: Soziale Arbeit, Fachsozialbetreuer:in (Behindertenarbeit oder -begleitung)

* Klare, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Vorerfahrung mit dem TEACCH Ansatz und Gewaltprävention von Vorteil

* Führerschein B und eigenen PKW

Wir bieten

* Öffnungszeiten der Werkstätte von Mo bis Do 8-16:30 Uhr, Fr 8-13 Uhr;

die Arbeitszeiten werden auf 2 Tage aufgeteilt

* Arbeiten in einem Team von mehreren Begleiter:innen und mit dem Wohnhaus

* Unterstützung durch die Fachbereiche

* Kostenfreie Weiterbildungen / Seminare

* Individuelle Arbeitszeitmodelle (Altersteilzeit, Sabbatical, etc.)
