Multi-Energy Key Account Manager

Voor een professionele groothandel gespecialiseerd in elektrotechnische producten zijn we op zoek naar een Multi-Energy Key Account Manager.

Onze klant beschikt over een uitgebreid productaanbod met meer dan 55.000 referenties op voorraad en biedt professionele klanten een complete dienstverlening op vlak van logistiek, technische ondersteuning en duurzame energieoplossingen.

Dankzij een sterke technische expertise worden klanten begeleid van A tot Z: van productadvies en energie-efficiënte oplossingen tot projectstudie, bestelling, levering en waar nodig ondersteuning bij de indienststelling.

Jouw functie

Als Multi-Energy Key Account Manager maak je deel uit van het team Multi-Energie. Je combineert jouw technische en commerciële expertise om klantbehoeften te identificeren en duurzame projecten uit te werken.

Je bent dagelijks in contact met klanten en adviseert hen over producten, marktontwikkelingen en oplossingen binnen laadinfrastructuur.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en werkt passende, duurzame oplossingen uit.
  • Je volgt projecten op van A tot Z, van de eerste behoefteanalyse tot de uiteindelijke bestelling.
  • Je werkt offertes uit en volgt deze commercieel op.
  • Je geeft klanten technisch en commercieel advies rond laadinfrastructuur.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij de indienststelling of technische interventies ter plaatse.
  • Je bent in staat om technische audits uit te voeren.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en zet actief in op cross-selling.
  • Je hebt interesse in het bredere aanbod van duurzame technieken, zoals zonnepanelen, HVAC, thuisbatterijen en domotica.
  • Je houdt het CRM-systeem up-to-date en denkt mee na over het verbeteren van salesprocessen en commerciële performantie.
  • Je promoot en ondersteunt klantenevenementen en opleidingen en neemt hier actief aan deel.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële binnendienst en partner-leveranciers.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Business Development Manager.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond en combineert dit met een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in duurzame technieken en laadinfrastructuur.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige commerciële flair en bent proactief ingesteld.
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet technische informatie op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier over te brengen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds kennis van laadinfrastructuur of bent gemotiveerd om hierin een specialist te worden.
  • Je bent bereid om je kennis voortdurend verder uit te breiden via productopleidingen en trainingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen projecten.
  • Je bent zowel zelfstandig als een echte teamplayer.
