Bij Q Select geloven dat elk individu unieke kwaliteiten heeft en het is onze missie om die talenten op de juiste plaats in te zetten.Binnen ons bestaand kantorennetwerk in de regio Kempen/Antwerpen/Vlaams Brabant zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Multi-site Manager die onze specialisatie Werving & Selectie stevig uitbouwt.Opgelet: enkel kandidaten met minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante (commerciële) werkervaring in het domein "Werving & Selectie" komen hiervoor in aanmerking.

Je detecteert kansen binnen de kantoren én bij klantenJe bouwt actief een klantenportefeuille uitJe screent kandidaten en vult zelf van A tot Z vacatures inJe zet Q Select stevig op de kaart en zorgt ervoor dat deze niche structureel groeit in omzet en impactWat ga je concreet doen?Je prospecteert actief en bouwt een sterk netwerk uit in de regio Kempen/Antwerpen/Vlaams BrabantJe opent deuren die anderen dicht latenJe durft klanten te "challengen" en overtuigt hen van kwalitatieve plaatsingenJe onderhandelt pricing en durft waarde te verkopen (geen pure "no cure no pay" mindset)Je beheert jouw eigen klantenportefeuille én pipeline als een echte business ownerJe vult zelf vacatures in en haalt energie uit succesvolle plaatsingenJe werkt nauw samen met de kantoren en detecteert waar W&S het verschil kan maken. Hiervoor ben je fysiek aanwezig in de kantoren zodat je weet wat er leeft en waar je snel kan scoren.Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet wat er leeft in elk kantoorJe behaalt en overtreft jouw targetsKort gezegd:Jij runt Q Select binnen de regio alsof het jouw eigen business is.We zoeken iemand met honger naar succes, een persoon die ownership neemt en een all-in inzet.Je bouwt geen structuur uit die al bestaat.
