Für eine herzliche Großfamilie im Raum Bregenz suchen wir eine erfahrene, liebevolle und flexible Nanny / Familienmanager:in (m/w/d) zur langfristigen Unterstützung im Familienalltag.

Die Familie hat fünf Kinder im Alter von 3, 3, 5, 8 und 10 Jahren und wünscht sich eine verlässliche Bezugsperson, die insbesondere die jüngeren Kinder im Alltag begleitet, bei Fahrdiensten unterstützt und gleichzeitig Freude daran hat, auch organisatorisch sowie in familiennahen Haushaltstätigkeiten mitzuwirken. 1 Nanny / Familienmanager:in (m/w/d) für herzliche Großfamilie (wchtl. 35-40 h) optional Live-in Job Nr. 255

Deine Aufgaben:

* liebevolle Betreuung der Kinder - mit Schwerpunkt auf den drei jüngeren Kindern

* Unterstützung im Morgen- und Nachmittagsablauf

* Fahrdienste zu Kindergarten, Schule und Freizeitaktivitäten

* Betreuung der Kinder bei Bedarf auch zu Hause, z. B. bei Krankheit oder spontanen Änderungen im Tagesablauf

* altersgerechte Beschäftigung, Spielen, Begleitung und Alltagsstruktur

* Unterstützung bei Hausaufgaben und schulischen Belangen der älteren Kinder nach Bedarf

* familiennahe Haushaltstätigkeiten während die Kinder Spielgruppe, Kindergarten und Schule besuchen

Rahmenbedingungen:

* 35-40 Stunden pro Woche; Arbeitszeiten nach Abspreche mit der Familie

* Arbeitsort: Lochau

* Start: ab sofort

* Live-in / wohnnahes Modell optional, aber keine Voraussetzung

Dein Profil:

* Erfahrung in der Kinderbetreuung, idealerweise mit mehreren Kindern

* eine herzliche, geduldige und empathische Persönlichkeit

* Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Freude daran, einen lebendigen Familienalltag aktiv,

umsichtig und mit positiver Energie mitzugestalten

* Tierliebe sowie ein selbstverständlicher und liebevoller Umgang mit Katzen

* Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Verlässlichkeit

* Führerschein und Fahrpraxis wünschenswert

* PKW
