Functie

Voor onze klant te Opglabbeek zijn wij op zoek naar een servicetechnieker voor de nazorg en opleverpunten in de industriebouw.

Dit bedrijf is een belangrijke en grote speler in de bouwsector. Zij richten zich op het bouwen van bedrijfshallen, kantoorgebouwen, winkelcentra,... Dit zowel nieuwbouw als renovaties, van staalconstructies tot ramen en deuren, gyproc,.... Ook voor herstellingen kan je bij hun terecht.

Als servicetechnieker / technieker service na verkoop sta je in voor:

  • het uitvoeren van dringende interventies bij de klant. Je zal instaan voor dakonderhoud (PVC, EPDM en roofing) + controle op lekkage, verstopping, ...
  • Service in oplevering
  • Herstellingswerken aan sanitair, elektriciteit, riolering, schrijnwerk, ramen, ... (allerhande klussen aan de gebouwen)

Profiel

  • Je hebt een ruime ervaring / achtergrond in de bouw
  • Ervaring in de industriebouw en met industriële dakbedekking (roofing, EPDM,...) is een groot pluspunt
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en heel gedreven, je werkt steeds heel veilig
  • Je bent héél flexibel ingesteld: wanneer een klant belt moet je onmiddellijk naar de werf gaan
  • Je bent de laatste man op de werf, kwaliteit staat dus op de 1ste plaats voor jou
  • Je bent het uithangbord van de firma
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B (je krijgt een camionette mee van het bedrijf)
  • Je kan probleemoplossend denken en bent klantgericht
  • Je bent communicatief zeer sterk in het Nederlands
