1 .NET Fullstack Developer:in Deine zukünftige Rolle:

In dieser Position übernimmst du die 360°-Betreuung unserer Integrationen - von der ersten Anforderungsanalyse über die Konzeption und technische Umsetzung bis hin zum Go-live und der laufenden Weiterentwicklung. Du entwickelst Integrationen zwischen dem eRecruiter und externen Systemen und Services und begleitest diese eigenverantwortlich über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.

Du analysierst technische Spezifikationen, stimmst Anforderungen mit Produktmanagement, Head of Development und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern ab, entwickelst die passende Lösungsarchitektur und setzt diese selbstständig um. Dabei verantwortest du sowohl die Entwicklung neuer Schnittstellen als auch deren Erweiterung, Optimierung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung. So stellst du sicher, dass Drittanbietersysteme reibungslos angebunden sind und unsere Plattform kontinuierlich erweitert wird.

Du bietest:

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und kennst dich bestens mit C#, JavaScript, React und MS SQL aus. Kenntnisse in Next.js, Advanced CSS oder TeamCity CI/CD sind ein Plus.

Wichtig ist uns vor allem auch, dass du ein:e proaktiver Problemlöser:in bist, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich arbeitest und Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Lösungen übernimmst. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für diese Position zwingend erforderlich, da du regelmäßig mit deutschsprachigen Kund:innen und Stakeholdern kommunizierst. Zusätzlich bringst du sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

Das Besondere an dieser Position:

Du arbeitest sehr nah am Produkt und schaffst die technischen Grundlagen dafür, dass sich andere Systeme nahtlos in den eRecruiter integrieren lassen. Deine Lösungen ermöglichen neue Funktionen für unsere Kund:innen und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Plattform kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Das zugrunde liegende Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt 3.954 € brutto auf Vollzeitbasis (IT-KV); abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
