Lost storingen in het netwerk op en beheert de centrale gegevens. Geeft gebruikers van het netwerk instructies. Test of alles nog goed loopt. In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en beheren van de systeem- en netwerkomgeving. Je ondersteunt het primaire proces met passende en functionele ICT oplossingen in lijn met het ICT beleid. Je houdt je niet alleen bezig met beheer, maar bent ook actief betrokken in projecten gericht op verbetering van de infrastructuur. Voor deze vacature zijn wij op zoek naar een dynamische en vlotte 1e lijnshelpdeskmedewerker/ systeembeheerder die een uitdaging ziet in het vertalen van organisatie problemen naar passende technische oplossingen. Je hebt ervaring in een moderne en dynamische kantoorautomatisering. Je ontwikkelt eenvoudig mee in de snel veranderende ICT wereld. Hoofdtaken: Beheren van het netwerk en de daarop aangesloten kantoor automatiseringssystemen; Het oplossen van IT storingen en vraagstukken uit de organisatie; Waarborgen van de continuïteit en beschikbaarheid van de applicaties en systemen; Onderhouden en installeren van servers,netwerkapparatuur en werkplekken; Aandragen van verbeteringen en nieuwe ideeën. Functie-eisen MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een moderne ICT omgeving; ervaring met (Hybrid/) Cloud oplossingen is een pré; Kennis en ervaring in het werken met SOX en SANS20 is een pré; kennis van de volgende producten is een pré: VMware, SQL, Exchange, Redmine, Cisco IOS; goede communicatieve vaardigheden; goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (schriftelijk en mondeling)
