The posting

Voor een jonge vzw die zich inzet voor de preventie van schooluitval en de aanpak van gedragsmoeilijkheden in het basis- en secundair onderwijs, zoeken wij een netwerker met een specifieke expertise in het secundair onderwijs.

Je taken:

- Opzetten en dragen van lerende netwerken voor de secundaire scholen met een Time-in project binnen Brussel: Uitbouwen en structureren van meerdere lerende netwerken, met focus op time-in medewerkers in het secundair onderwijs, bepalen van doelgroepen, noden en prioriteiten per netwerk, uitwerken van een duidelijke structuur, afstemmen van de netwerken op de realiteit en noden van het werkveld.

- Organiseren, faciliteren en opvolgen van intervisies en netwerkmomenten: voorbereiden en begeleiden van intervisiesessies, creëren van een veilige en open leeromgeving waar deelnemers casussen en ervaringen kunnen delen, actief sturen op uitwisseling, reflectie en concrete resultaten, inzetten van gepaste werkvormen.

- Expertise-opbouw, kennisontwikkeling en actieve verspreiding: verzamelen van signalen, praktijken en noden uit het werkveld, identificeren van uitdagingen en succesfactoren.

- Verspreiden van goede praktijken: detecteren en documenteren van effectieve en inspirerende praktijken in scholen, delen van methodieken binnen de netwerken, stimuleren dat scholen van elkaar leren.

- Professionalisering van de scholen: adviseren van scholen rond hun time-in werking, meedenken over hoe scholen hun lokale aanpak kunnen versterken.

- Versterken van kwaliteit en effectiviteit: stimuleren van reflectie bij scholen over hun eigen werking en aanpak,
