WORK IT * Du übernimmst die Planung, das Design und die Architektur komplexer Netzwerklösungen (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Routing & Switching, Firewall, Client-VPN) - von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum fertigen Konzept * Du entwickelst individuelle Lösungsangebote maßgeschneidert auf Kundenbedürfnisse - inklusive Einbindung interner und externer Leistungspartner sowie Verantwortung für Qualität und wirtschaftliche Transparenz des Angebots * Du erstellst technische Konzepte und präsentierst diese überzeugend beim Kunden - auf Entscheidungsebene, verständlich auch für nicht-technische Stakeholder * Du leitest komplexe ICT-Großkundenprojekte im Bereich Network Management end-to-end. Von der Konzeptionsphase über die Implementierung bis zum Go-live, strukturiert und termingerecht * Du begleitest aktiv den Presales-Prozess: Anforderungsanalyse, technische Lösungskonzeption und Unterstützung bei Angeboten und Ausschreibungen * Du setzt technische Standards und Baselines für den Netzwerkbereich mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit (Zero Trust, SASE) und Automatisierung * Du fungierst als fachliche Anlaufstelle im Team und trägst aktiv zum internen Know-how-Aufbau bei, wie durch Dokumentation, kollegiale Beratung und Wissenstransfer * Du arbeitest eng mit den Competence Centern zusammen * Du bist Ansprechpartner/in für technisch anspruchsvolle Kundensituationen und steuerst Eskalationen lösungsorientiert

BE IT * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerktechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung komplexer Netzwerkarchitekturen - du hast Projekte nicht nur begleitet, sondern gestaltet * Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Presales-Umfeld: technische Beratung, Lösungskonzeption und Angebotserstellung im Netzwerkbereich * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Routing & Switching (Cisco o. ä.), Firewall-Technologien (Palo Alto) und modernen Netzwerkkonzepten (SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SASE) * Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Netzwerkprojekten - strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Termintreue und Kundenkommunikation auf Augenhöhe * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke - du kannst komplexe technische Konzepte sowohl gegenüber IT-affinen als auch nicht-technischen Gesprächspartnerinnen und -partnern klar vermitteln * Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein B * Relevante Zertifizierungen (z. B. CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIA) sind ein klares Plus
