Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het IT-team, bepaalt de prioriteiten en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige IT-infrastructuur, waaronder servers, netwerken, storage, back-ups, monitoring en cloudomgevingen.
  • Je leidt infrastructuur- en securityprojecten van analyse tot implementatie en bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een toekomstgerichte securitystrategie, inclusief cyber security, disaster recovery, business continuity en compliance met onder andere GDPR, NIS2 en ISO27001.
  • Je optimaliseert IT-processen, beheert de samenwerking met externe leveranciers en rapporteert de voortgang en strategische initiatieven rechtstreeks aan het management.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen IT-infrastructuur, waarvan enkele jaren in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van netwerken, IT-infrastructuur en security. Ervaring met Fortinet, VMware en Veeam is een grote meerwaarde.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met GDPR, NIS2 en ISO27001 en weet deze richtlijnen praktisch toe te passen binnen een bedrijfsomgeving.
  • Je bent een coachende leider die beslissingen durft nemen en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
