Gesucht werden engagierte 1 Netzwerktechniker_innen (m/w/d) vom Junior bis zum Senior Level-, die ihre Leidenschaft für IT in einem dynamischen Umfeld einbringen und weiterentwickeln möchten.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Planung, Implementierung und Administration von Netzwerk-Systemen

* Erstellung und Pflege von Netzwerkdiagrammen sowie technischer Dokumentation zur Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationssystemen

* Problemanalyse im 2nd/3rd Level Support und Nachverfolgung von Eskalationen

* Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

* Zentrale Überwachung des Netzwerkmanagementsystems

* Durchführung von System-Upgrades

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Kunden

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk-, Firewall- und Security-Technologien

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sorgfältig, zuverlässig und kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Kunden und Kolleg:innen

* Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich und kundenorientiert zu dokumentieren

* Teamorientierung sowie Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
